About This Service
Warmth That Reaches the Deepest Muscle
Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated basalt stones placed on key points of the body, then glided over muscles with light to medium pressure. The deep, radiant heat penetrates further than hands alone, melting tension before the therapist even begins to work it.
The stones are heated to the perfect therapeutic temperature and chosen for their shape and size to fit specific areas — long stones for the spine, smaller stones for hands and feet. As they warm the tissue, blood vessels open, oxygen flows more freely, and tight muscles release naturally.
This treatment is especially effective for people who hold chronic tension, struggle with cold extremities, or simply want a massage that feels indulgent and deeply restorative. It's one of our most-requested services for good reason.

What to Expect
Anatomy of a Hot Stone Session
Stone Preparation
Smooth basalt stones are warmed in a temperature-controlled bath to roughly 130°F — therapeutic but never uncomfortable.
Initial Warming
You lie face-down. The therapist places larger stones along the spine and on the lower back to begin warming the deep muscles.
Gliding Massage
Smaller stones are used as massage tools — glided across muscles with oil for a uniquely deep, even pressure that hands alone cannot achieve.
Targeted Work
Hot stones are placed on specific tension points while the therapist works other areas — letting the heat do its job hands-free.
Cool-Down & Rest
Final lighter strokes ease you out of the deep relaxation. Most clients leave feeling looser and warmer than they have in weeks.
