This has to be my favorite hidden gem (spa) in the city. Lenny and Monthyia (husband and wife) have been running this spa for over 10 years. I love doing cryotherapy. I've lost 4 inches off my waist doing cryoslimming and cryotoning for weight loss.

The atmosphere at Royal Thai Spa is serene and elegant. There are many well-trained massage personnel who can provide many different types of Thai massage. My favorite massage therapist is Chaya. Just returned for a special couples massage with champagne and strawberries — a fabulous treat.

So far Linda just breaks all the massage therapy experience that I had in my entire life. A typical greeting before start, then the magic happens along with a quiet relaxing environment with zen music. If you are staying at the SF hotel next door, it is impossible for you to miss the best Thai massage.

The body scrub I received was awesome. The therapist I had was good. It was a dry body scrub — more of a massage and scrub. The highlight for me was the infrared sauna and three-way shower. I would recommend Royal Thai Spa.

The best massage we've ever had in the US! Our therapists were Avo and Mukhtumuk and we loved both of them! They knew what we wanted without even telling them — truly amazing!

I regularly compete in triathlons and half marathons throughout the year which has taken a toll on my body. I didn't need to tell my masseuse Chaya for her to know how jacked up my body was. She is attentive to detail and helped break up my tough spots. Highly recommend for fellow athletes.

Like the individual rooms as opposed to stalls. Ask for Chaya or Nancy — they are excellent and put soul into the massage. Been going 8 years.

I have tried only red light therapy so far, and it seems like a great place! Everyone working there is friendly, answering all my questions. Especially Matt — great customer service! I am slowly incorporating other services they offer, because they seem very knowledgeable about health and wellbeing.

We happened upon this place one afternoon and are very lucky we did. Matt's great attitude is contagious, and my wife and I got a couple's massage (Chan and Wee). It was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My wife and I both got Thai massages over the weekend. Susan was my masseuse. She was a doctor of oriental medicine in China before moving to SF. She gave me medium pressure — she knew every muscle and bone in my body. We would go there again next time we visit SF.

I love this place! Same-day appointments, clean facility, great customer service. Matt at the front desk. I have never had a bad massage here. Today my masseuse was Chaya and she was excellent — real deal, attentive, accommodating, strong, therapeutic. I've been using Royal Thai for a few years!
